Fish decoys by Minnesota maker David Perkins (deceased) are highly collectible
and increasingly difficult to come by. This unusual 16" pike has deeply carved gills
and inset glass eyes. There is also an old buffalo nickel inset into each side of the
head. The decoy is hand made and hand painted with excellent visual appeal. It is
signed with the customary DFD (Duluth Fish Decoys) stamp in the belly. It is
beautiful, original and never used and the age is 15-20 years old.
